Our Story
It all started with a dream…My dad, Nikos, a doctor by profession and explorer by heart, scanned the whole of Greece decades ago to find the perfect seafront plot. He was searching for a place with protective mountains on the back to build a house for his children. Ideally, he wanted to find a property on a cliff offering breathtaking views and easy access to the sea. The sea should be calm so we, his children, could always safely enjoy it. And he found it in Paleros, Greece.
As I, Dinos, grew older, I wanted to make my dad’s dream come true. But it was not just that. I also wanted to share his dream with others. And with this dual dream in mind, the Estia Ionian Villas were constructed. The “Estia Ionian Villas” is the closest to my heart of all the development projects I concluded in Greece and abroad. And it brings me immense pleasure to share it with you.
We are a traditional Greek family; as such, all the family members came together and brought their personal touch out of love to make these luxurious private villas in Greece cozy and comfortable for you. If I had to describe the construction process with one word, I’d pick “Meraki.” That’s how we Greeks describe being passionate about every tiny detail.
For example, my mom, Eleni, also a doctor by profession, has handpicked the furnishing. And she’s the one that put together the welcome basket you’ll always find when renting a villa. It’s her way of greeting you and wishing you a pleasant stay.
My sister Christina, a professor of engineering, guided us to build smart villas properly. The goal was to create eco-friendly villas to save energy and minimize environmental impact. And this is an achievement we are really proud of.
My sister Athena, a doctor by profession but with an artistic inclination, has created all the paintings you see in the villas. Their beautiful colors are representative of the region, and they narrate past and contemporary stories.
We took care of every little detail because we wanted our Estia Ionian Villas to be a home away from home for everyone: from young professionals seeking a quiet place to work next to the sea to families with children visiting Paleros. Our villas are your villas: they are open to everyone willing to have a fantastic holiday in Greece.

Useful information for your Greek holiday
The stunning Paleros Bay is just 2 km (1,2 mi) from the villas. There you can enjoy the beaches of Potamaki and Bathyavali and various cafes, bars, and restaurants. You will also find several local stores for supplies if you fancy a home-cooked meal at your villas.
